The Parallel Rails allow for two people to use them at the same time. These versatile bars allow for multiple users to give themselves a vigorous upper body workout using their own body weight. The bars allow for multiple exercises to take place, including leg raises, dips, push ups and pull ups. The exercises target the abdominal muscles as well as the triceps, biceps, and deltoids. A rigorous workout can be had with this piece of equipment by utilising your own body weight to build muscle strength in the arms and shoulders.
