The Leg Raise allows leg raises to be done efficiently. This exercise works on the muscle groups in the legs including the gluteals, hamstrings, quadriceps and calf muscles. It also helps to improve strength in the upper body as the user has to lift and hold their own body weight. The exercise requires excellent core strength. Regular use will strengthen and increase flexibly of the abdominal muscles. A testing exercise that targets abdomen and thigh muscles.
